Join me in Paris for my annual birthday trip!
Dates are January 24 - January 31, 2026 with an optional extension to Colmar, France. This Paris trip will be heavy on history and art.

Paris only travelers will fly home on Jan 31. Those who opt for an extension will take the train to Colmar, France and will fly home on Feb 3. Cost to add on the optional extension:

Christmas markets anyone?
We'll be based in Basel, Switzerland taking the train for day trips to visit Christmas markets in Colmar, Strasbourg, Lucerne, Zurich, and Freiburg. That's two city's worth of markets in France, two in Switzerland, and one in Germany. (Each city has more than one Christmas market!) I will also be doing my best to secure tickets to visit the Ravennaschlucht Market in Germany's Black Forest. Tickets into that market are limited in quantity and are timed, but I've got fingers crossed that I'll be able to get them.
Leave the US on Dec 2 and return on Dec 10. As always, the price gets better the more people who sign up!
2 people: $2900 pp (we have two confirmed! Next people to sign up drops the price for everyone!)
4 people: $2050 pp
6+ people: $1775 pp
Prices are based on double occupancy and includes your hotel and all trains while you are in Europe. Solo rooms available for an extra $500.
Airfare to Basel, Switzerland is not included.
This price is for the Christmas Market itinerary... extra tours can be added on if desired. Plan on lots of walking (we averaged about 4-5 miles per day when we went in Dec 2024.)
