"Incredible European Adventures with Janet – A Top-Tier Tour Guide
My friend and I had the absolute pleasure of spending two unforgettable weeks exploring Italy with Janet. From start to finish, Janet made the experience personal and seamless, tailoring the itinerary to our interests with care and flexibility.
In Rome, we stayed in a peaceful monastery and took a walking food tour, visited Saint Peter’s Basilica, and explored the Colosseum. Our day trip to Pompeii was eye-opening, walking through the ancient ruins of a city frozen in time. Afterwards, we enjoyed some of the best pizza in Naples.
Florence was another highlight, especially the charming wine windows. The Duomo was breathtaking! In Riomaggiore—one of the picturesque villages of Cinque Terre—we took a fun and hands-on pasta-making and cooking class.
We toured Milan, where we marveled at the stunning Duomo di Milano and explored the world-famous fashion district.
Lake Como took our breath away with its serene beauty and classic wooden boats. We also ventured into the Italian Dolomites for a stunning view of the Swiss Alps.
Venice was truly magical. The gondola ride through the canals was unforgettable, and Janet arranged a fascinating tour of a renowned family-run mask shop. We also took a boat ride to Murano for a glass-blowing demonstration and to Burano to see the island’s colorful houses and delicate lace-making.
The trip was so incredible that for my birthday, my husband surprised me with a Paris getaway—with Janet, of course!
In Paris, we stayed in the charming Montmartre neighborhood. Janet kicked things off with a delicious chocolate tour and kept the magic going with visits to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, the Louvre, Notre-Dame, a scenic boat ride on the Seine, the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Palace of Versailles, and even the famous Shakespeare and Company bookstore. Not to mention Moulin Rouge musical was wonderful. The food throughout was absolutely divine.
Janet’s knowledge, organization, and attention to detail made both trips stress-free and unforgettable. I felt safe, informed, and inspired every step of the way. I highly recommend Janet to anyone looking for a truly exceptional travel experience."
