Not Just a Travel Agent—Why a Travel Director Might Be Exactly What You Need

Let’s get something straight right up front: I’m not a travel agent.
I don’t just book your flights, make hotel reservations, and send you on your way.I go with you.
I’m a travel director—which means I walk the cobblestone streets beside you. I help you figure out the local train system when it feels intimidating. I’m the one making sure you’re not standing on the wrong platform with the wrong ticket in your hand. I’ve done this. I’ve lived it. And now I’m here to help you do it, too.
Travel Can Be Accessible—Even on a Budget
If you’re imagining five-star hotels with valet service and pillow menus, you’re in the wrong place. That’s not my thing.
But if you want clean, safe, comfortable lodging in walkable neighborhoods, I’ve got you covered. If you want to ride a gondola in Venice, see Buckingham Palace, gaze up at the Eiffel Tower, or explore Iceland’s Golden Circle—without draining your life savings—that’s where I come in.
I plan trips with a budget-conscious mindset, because I believe travel shouldn’t be an exclusive luxury. It should be something real people—especially women like us who’ve finally got the time—can actually do.
I Travel With You—So You're Never Alone
Most of the folks I travel with haven’t been outside the U.S. much (if at all). And that’s okay.
There’s a lot to figure out when you're navigating a new country:
Public transportation systems
Customs and border control
Currency and adapters
Tipping etiquette (or lack thereof!)
How to get from the airport to your hotel without spending $100
That’s where I come in. I’m there to guide, support, and teach—because I want this to be the first of many trips, not your “once in a lifetime.”
The More, The Merrier (and More Affordable!)
My trips are small by design—no big buses with 60 strangers. Just a handful of adventurous souls ready to explore.
Even better? The more people who sign up, the lower the cost becomes for everyone. Here's a look at how that works:
Scotland finished at $2,285 per person (10 days, not including airfare)
London starts at $3,500, but can drop to $2,400 if 6 people join
Christmas Markets are currently $2,900 per person for 2 people—but if more sign up, it could drop to just $1,775 for 7 nights
And no, I never include airfare in my packages. Why? Because airfare pricing is wildly unpredictable. But I can help you find the best deals. For example, there’s a current roundtrip deal to Switzerland for under $550 right now!
Do You Know Someone Who's Ready to Travel Differently?
So yeah, maybe I’m on a little bit of a soapbox here… but I really believe in this.
I believe in helping people stop waiting for the “perfect time.”I believe in creating community through small-group travel.I believe in getting out there—and going together.
If you know someone who’s been dreaming of Europe, but doesn’t want to be herded around in a giant group, send her my way.
My groups are small:
Scotland: 12 max
London: 6 max
Switzerland: 12 max
Every trip is curated with care, flexibility, and fun.
Because travel doesn’t have to be once in a lifetime.
It can be the first of many. So We Travel.
